Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Must be 18 years of age or over and hold the minimum entry requirements of 2 ‘A’ Levels and 3 GCSEs, or BTEC National Certificate / Diploma, NVQ Level 3 and advanced GNVQ.

If you do not have the above minimum qualifications and are 21 years of age or over, you can apply under the Mature Students Entry Route (MSER).

EXEMPTIONS

Relevant graduates may be awarded some exemptions for papers in the Fundamental level. An exemption fee must be paid for each paper awarded. Contact ACCA for further information.

Registration with ACCA
All students who wish to sit ACCA examinations must:
Register as a student with ACCA
Register to sit specific exams with ACCA (you will be sent an exam entry form once you have registered with ACCA)

ACCA registration deadlines
You must register with ACCA:
By end Dec - for June exams
By mid Aug - for December exams

You must register to sit exams:
By 15 April - for June exams
By 15 October - for December exams

ESSENTIALS MODULE (all 3 papers)
P1 Professional Accountant (PA)

OPTIONS MODULE (any 2 papers)
P4 Advanced Financial Management (AFM)
P5 Advanced Performance Management (APM)

* Note:
International stream variants are taught on: Papers F3, F7,F8, P2 & P7.
UK variants are taught for Papers F6 & P6
F4 Is the English Law variant.

ETHICS MODULE

Students studying for the ACCA Qualification will be required to complete an online ethics training module developed by ACCA. Students will be given access to the Professional Ethics module by ACCA as soon as they become eligible to take Paper P1 and will be able to complete the module at their convenience.
