Certified Accounting Technician (CAT)
The CAT scheme comprises of a
combination of exams and practical
experience. It is designed to equip
students with the technical skills and
knowledge necessary to fulfil an
accounting role up to technician level.
It is suitable for those who wish to
start a career in accounting or finance,
or gain recognition for the skills and
experience they already have, or those
who wish to progress into more senior
positions in accounting.
Qualified students can further their
career prospects by progressing onto
ACCA or CIMA professional schemes, or by
enrolling onto relevant graduate and
postgraduate degrees.
ENTRY
REQUIREMENTS:
GCSE/O Level or its International
equivalent.
